Ahh..Spring. There's just nothing like it. I thought I would post these few pictures of signs of Spring. Here they are!
Russell and I planted daffodil bulbs and tulip bulbs this past Fall. Our daffodils bloomed recently and we love them! Hopefully this is a good sign of a "green thumb"!
I almost wish we planted more, but we didn't. These flowers are like our little babies! Ha!

This weekend has been great! Thursday night, I picked up my adorable niece, Lauren and she stayed with us that night. Friday, Lauren and I met Mama for a quick lunch and then headed to the church family life center to decorate for the steak cook off.
Here's Lauren, our little helper. I love this picture of her!!

I think my favorite part of the Daffodil Festival is the annual "Dine with the Daffodils." We drove out to a sweet family's estate then ordered a yummy lunch. I had BBQ Brisket on a croissant, brocolli cheese soup, and wonderful bread pudding for dessert. It was sooo nice to eat outside and enjoy the gorgeous landscaping and see daffodils. Lauren had fun with other kids and they picked SO many daffodils!
My Mamaw was there too. She has the best "green thumb" ever! Isn't the house just gorgeous in the background?
Later that afternoon, Russell and I enjoyed walking in downtown Camden. Of course we had to stop at our favorite--Yummy Cupcakes! Look at this beautiful "Daffodil tree"!!! Isn't it soo cute and pretty?
Soon it was time for the steak cookoff. MMM MMM Good! We were so full! We enjoyed visiting with so many people at the festival and at dinner too.
Look at this sweet girl!!!! Caleigh was one of my flower girls in our wedding 3 and a half years ago! She is such a precious girl!
Look at the cupcakes! The flavors were wedding cake, red velvet, almond joy, plus a Daffodil Festival exclusive cupcake--Buttercup! So cute and of course, yummo!

I hope y'all have an awesome and blessed week!

The other night, I decided I deserved a relaxing spa night. First of all, I gave my feet a treat with Mary Kay Pedicure set. It has a rosemary mint scent that is just out of this world wonderful. Oh, by the way. I only used to sell MK and no, noone asked me to endorse these. I chose to because it's my favorite brand! :)
I then used the TimeWise Firming Body Lotion. It tones and hydrates the skin which also smells and feels great on your skin!
And what's a spa without a face mask? This TimeWise even complexion mask that brightens dull skin. It feels so good afterwards too!
Of course I had to use the Miracle Set. I use it every night which is absolutely divine.
I then used Satin Lips set. The mask gently exfoliates and gets the dead skin off while the lip balm moisturizes and feels sooo good!
Satin Hands Peach Smoothie scrub and lotion is a-ma-zing. It feels like perfection and feels like heaven afterwards! Yes it does!
Lastly, I filed my nails with these Arkansas Novaculite nail files my sister got me for Christmas!
I better go! I'm going to go pamper myself again! Bye!

Who is into Idol this year? I am just loving all the talent this year! It is great! I love the judges too when I really thought I wouldn't like them. They surprised me a lot!
Tuesday night, my favorite performer was Scotty. I like his voice and personality as well. He seems like an all around good guy.
My favorite on Wednesday night was Pia Toscano! She is over the top talented and expect her to be in the top runnings!
Sunday night, my very favorite show, Army Wives season 5 premieres. We are pretty excited about these 2 shows!

I am soo excited that March is here. That means Spring is about to be here! I love daffodils. Daffodils are an early sign of Spring and sooo beautiful. So, enjoy pictures of early Spring beauty.
