This past Thursday night, our church had a great event for girls ages 8-12 years old and their moms! It was Secret Keeper Girl Pajama Party Live!!
Here's the stage before everyone arrived.
I helped with the merchandise section of the event.
Me and Sarah before it started. We are both kids at heart!
Beth and Lisa
I had to get a picture with my co-worker, Stephanie! She is so fun to work with.
SKG showcased their "totally tubular TV moms" from the past. It was quite funny to see my friends dress up as cute characters.
It's Lucy from " I Love Lucy"!
Alice from The Brady Bunch
I had to get a picture of this sweet mother and daughter, Shelley and Kylee!
Jane Jetson from the Jetsons!
All the girls loved dancing the "chicken dance" together. :)
A special story for special girls
What FUN!
Jennifer and Katie!
I really enjoyed helping with the credit card table because I got to interact with lots of special people.
Mary Catherine and her sweet mom!
There was even a cool fashion show for the girls. Too cute!
The girls modeled modest, cute and stylish outfits to fit any style!
My heart melted after Jennifer and Katie came back to say hi to me. Katie is my new little friend. We loved each other's nail polish. We had to show it off. :)
Reagan, Michaela, and their sweet mom, Kim! They loved those balloons and really wanted to take them home. So funny!
Baylie and Angie, Kylee and Shelley after the event!
Me and sweet Shelley
It was awesome helping at this event. I am not a mom (yet), but I know I will be someday. If we ever have a little girl, I would LOVE taking her to something like this. It was so special and inspiring for girls of all ages!
Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight. 1 Peter 3:3-4

You will make an incredible mom!
My granddaughter went to SKG this Summer and enjoyed it too! Modesty starts at home. I never realized how immodest people were until I began to read blogs! You will make a great mom!
